My name is Bedena and I Love, Love doing massage!! I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2016, I have a light to moderate pressure. I’m very happy and excited to be part of the Unwind team!!
Bedena specializes in Swedish Massage, headache/migraine massage, Light/Moderate Tissue Massage. Bedena has certifications in Himalayan Stone Massage and Aromatherapy.

Jenny graduated top of her class in 2010 from Advanced Massage Therapuetics in Louisville, KY. She worked as a student athletic trainer and assisted with different therapies for Coastal Carolina University men’s basketball.
Worked at the University of Louisville doing sports massage for athletics and student faculty massage. Specializing and certified in: Injury massage, sports massage, stretching – AIS/PNF, Myofascial release, neuromuscular facilitation to assist with chronic pain, injury recovery and postural realignment, deep tissue, therapeutic massage, Reiki/Jin shin Jyutsu

Renee
Renée is a graduate of Bluegrass Professional Massage and has been practicing for nearly 10 years. Originally from Eastern Kentucky, she has expanded her life and practice to Louisville. Renée combines strength with an intuitive understanding of her clients' needs and believes firmly that there is a therapist for everyBODY.
Renée specializes in a variety of massage modalities, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, and Sports Massage. As a Reiki Master, she also focuses on energy work with an emphasis on balancing chakras.

Dwayne
Dwayne is a highly skilled and experienced licensed massage therapist with over 18 years in the field. A graduate of Advanced Massage Therapeutics, Dwayne specializes in injury recovery, deep tissue therapy, sports massage, and Assisted Isolated Stretching (AIS/PNF stretching).
His expertise and certifications enable him to provide targeted, results-driven treatments that promote healing, mobility, and overall well-being. Passionate about the power of therapeutic touch, Dwayne is dedicated to helping clients improve their quality of life through customized, hands-on care.

Kacey
Kacey has been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner and Shamanic Journeying Practitioner for the last 7 years. She studied massage at Spencerian College of Nursing and graduated from Sullivan University with a degree in Medical Massage, CST with the Upledger Institute and has studied under several reiki masters and shamanic practitioners over the years.
Kacey specializes in therapeutic moderate/deep tissue massage, body mapping, intuitive energy work, reiki, craniosacral therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, Ashiatsu and several more holistic modalities.
Kacey is passionate about assisting each client on their individual healing journeys by providing a safe space to feel comfortable and relaxed in their own body’s and also bring their energy, mind and spirit all into alignment.
When she is not offering therapies, Kacey enjoys spending time with her son and exploring the outdoors.
